refcount bugs across the daemon, the IPC layer and the
simc, hpsa, arcconf, nfs and smis plugins
* Add bounds checks to sense-data and VPD parsing, check
strtol/snprintf return values, validate IP addresses and
replace bare except: clauses in the Python plugins
* daemon: fix EINTR handling in the main loop, guard against
FD_SETSIZE, reset plugin state on SIGHUP and make the
signal handling async-signal-safe
* ledmon support is now optional at configure time
* Fall back to the standard systemd unit, sysusers and
tmpfiles directories when pkgconfig does not report them
* Numerous test suite fixes and new IPC and megaraid tests
- Add python3-pytest to the test-only BuildRequires, the test
suite now runs part of itself under pytest
- Use %ldconfig_scriptlets for the library subpackage
