    answers structural queries (definitions, references, callers, file
    outlines) from the CLI or as an MCP server instead of dumping whole
    files:
    * vendored crates are updated off upstream's Cargo.lock
      (cargo_vendor update=true), so the shipped binary is not built
      from the exact dependency set upstream tested
    * License: covers the statically linked non-MIT crates -
      Apache-2.0 (tree-sitter-elixir), BSD-3-Clause (encoding_rs),
      Zlib (foldhash)
    * requires git-core at runtime: "tilth diff" and the file overview
      shell out to git
