  - Update the UTF-8 mail index patch (fixes columns in mail index)
    (some parts (e.g. line wrapping in view filters) not updated yet)
  - Cleaned up the patches, so in case you see lots ot "-" in the
    incremental diffs between diffs, it's because things moved elsewhere
  - During the cleanup, I renamed many patches to use better names
    since the patches grew organically and the names didn't fit at
    the end(some more patches need updating, but it's an improvement).
* Thu Aug 12 2004 - bk@suse.de
  - Update to 4.61
  - with all fixes and patches from Eduardo Chappa,

  - with Bernhard Kaindl's UTF-8 patch v4.61-1a for pine
  - with Bernhard Kaindl's pine iconv charset conversion patches
    updated updated to 4.61, works basically but not all features are
    enabled yet (send-charset) and some routines need more work.
    It's however greatly helpful to test this version
    already and get feedback from users to find any missing spots.
* Tue Apr 27 2004 - mmj@suse.de
  - Return when declaring to do so
* Mon Apr 05 2004 - bk@suse.de
  - fix handling of mails with missing or non-conforming charset tags
    to display accents as usual (not as [hex]) if the charset matches
* Fri Apr 02 2004 - bk@suse.de
  - change to handle default locale of UTF-8 well:
    When no character-set is defined in by user/administrator pinerc,
    look at the user's locale and use this locale's charset until the
    user/admin sets a charset. This mimics mutt and is the way to go
    to work in the current locale without manual charset configuration.
    (otherwise the user has to enter "UTF-8" in the pine configuration
    to see e.g. german umlauts, french accents and so on.)
* Fri Mar 19 2004 - bk@suse.de

  - fix (#32271) in a better way(last change broke code) and cleanup
* Wed Nov 05 2003 - bk@suse.de
  - charset translation: Restore standard non-conversion when
    character-set is not set(for Subject and From)(Bug #32271)
* Wed Sep 17 2003 - draht@suse.de
  - pine-no-stripwhitespace.patch prevents whitespace characters to
    be removed from the end of a line when the composer exits. This
    is a rather destructive feature since signatures as read in
    by the composer might not be valid any more. (#31116)
