This program, turns-n-layers, is a command line application design aid for tran- sformers and induction coils. It will allow you to easily calculate the amount of wire required to wind any coil with a given number of turns. The program will also tell you what the coil's finished dimensions will be. Most important to de- termine whether or not the coil will fit on the form. It will also calculate the coil's total resistance.
