This plugin reports information about one or more tcpdump trace files that can
be reported without scanning the entire trace. Facts reported include the size
of the trace, pcap version, file magic, linktype, snaplen, start and end times,
and duration. Additionally, the plugin can find the trace(s) in the given set
of traces that cover a given timestamp.
