Summary: Perl Module that Provides a wrapper around DBI.
 
DBIWrapper is a Perl Module that provides a simpler interface to
setting up and using Perl's DBI/DBD interface.  It currently supports
PostgreSQL, MySQL and ODBC.

Generic read, write, commit and rollback methods are provided along with
the actual connection code in the new method.

XML:  The ability to have a SELECT statement returned as an XML document via the
readXML method is now available as of DBIWrapper 0.16.
