Metapackage to requires coreutils instead of old fileutils.
This package is necessary if you haven't installed coreutils and
wish to use apt to update your system. The fileutils maybe
a priority package listed on /etc/apt/rpmpriorities then apt will
do the best to not remove the old fileutils, so to provides a clean
update this package will provides the necessary resources.

the readlink binary, and is completely authentic. OTOH, in CL10,
we're distributing tetex in CD2, while coreutils is in CD1, and
